Domestic Violence

The Domestic Violence Program at the St. Charles District Attorney's Office provides information and assistance to the victims of domestic violence crimes. The District Attorney's Office employs a Domestic Violence Coordinator who acts as a mediator between the victim and the Assistant District Attorney. The Coordinator may aid qualified victims in the completion and filing of Protective Orders. The Coordinator may also offer victims counseling referrals, and may aid in the acquisition of monetary reparations.
